The pole arrived in good time and the company agreed to take back the first one I ordered which I realised was too thin. However the filial at the end of the one I intend to keep is a bit damaged as the container had been opened and some of the paint has come off. Should be possible to touch it up with some white paint.
I understood I was ordering a 3 metre pole, not 2 x 1.5 metre poles with a connector. When it was delivered I decided to make the best of what I had received and carefully installed the track. However, the connection between the poles on a slightly uneven wall proved challenging as the bottom rail with the sliders was not perfectly aligned, even with the connector in the upper track tightly screwed in position. I got it to work but I will take down and install a wood base to mount the track when I have more time.
We needed a really long pole which was not available on the high street. This is the first time we have used this company but it was easy to order, the pole arrived very quickly and was really good quality. Very impressed will be ordering more.

Service and delivery excellent but I was disappointed in the quality of my poles. I had wanted a long pole with no join but it was not available in satin stainless so I settled for a joined one. Some years ago I had same and decided to try again as I thought it would be improved and stronger. It wasn't..it bent in the middle even although we took care when handling it.
Delivered efficiently
Good solid poles, easy to install, ( except for one screw that didn't fit and we substituted it) . They look great. We ordered on a Saturday, they arrived on Wednesday.
