Ordered poles worth £700 first ones due to be delivered 2 working days after 5/11. Have phoned Poles Direct 3 times on different days from 11/11 and each time someone has promised to phone back but no one ever has. If I could give this company a zero for Customer Service I would. Now 15/11 and no poles and no customer service. I have had to rearrange the fitter twice but Poles Direct don’t care. I would avoid using this company based on my experience.
I liked the quality of the pole but was far from happy with delivery. Package left on doorstep visible to road. I was at home but doorbell not rung. Packaging was damaged but fortunately all OK inside.
The ordering process was simple and my order was delivered in a couple of days. The curtain pole looks to be well made and assembly was a breeze.

We have extra wide windows and poles direct were an excellent choice to find the right curtain poles. There was plenty of choice with good prices. The antique brass poles are beautiful. All fittings supplied plus plenty of rings. Quick delivery.
I needed to return the pole I ordered due to it not working where we had hoped but to return it would have cost me half of what I'd paid for the pole.

What a fantastic service. The quality of the pole was great and a very competitive price too. The pole was delivered within 2 days of placing the order. I was given updates on the delivery with a 2hr delivery window on the day of delivery which was accurate. Can highly recommend Poles Direct.

This brushed steel pole arrived quickly and with an easy to understand set of instructions. We had no problems putting it up. It's well made and looks great and I am so pleased that we now have curtains over our bifold windows, so we are warmer and protecting our Dark Skies.
