We spent a long time looking for the right curtain pole for our hall. Only Poles Direct had the right colour, length and material at the right price. It was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. We did not need to supply any extra fixings and the instructions were very easy to understand. Looks good. Would recommend firm.

The actual product matched its web description and came with all the tools required to assemble it , including two Alan keys, which was a pleasant surprise as only one was required to attach two knobs at either end of a brass pole. Totally satisfied with the product and its timely delivery.

Good easy service and swift delivery!

We ordered a pole on 15th October for same week delivery. It didn't arrive and we were told that it was damaged in transit and was being returned. Rather than send a replacement we were told that they wouldn't do that until the pole arrived back with them. So it seems that the courier didn't return it and we are still sitting here a month later without the pole. Useless customer service, do not use this company.

Disappointed with the product quality. I didn't expect a new stainless steel curtain pole to have rust on the pole and the brackets. Shame, because it was good value. Hoping to get replacement parts...

The top fitting track is fab. We'd had a new French door fitted and wanted to hang some voile for privacy but didn't want a big pole etc. Saw the ceiling fitting track and ordered... it's discreet and very smooth.

Because I had one curtain which i needed to draw from the left right across . I contacted the company spoke to a lovely lady who explained how to do it. It would have saved a lot of time if there were written instruction on the procedure. It’s one of those things when it’s “easy when you know how”. It took my son a good hour to sort it, thank goodness for utube. Otherwise perfect.
