Great service from start to finish. Their processes are really efficient and staff really friendly and informative. We had some delays in the house we were buying, they continued to contact the estate agent to get updates and try and book in the survey. When the purchase fell through they were able to then transfer it to the new property. The survey was thorough and the surveyor followed up with us to answer any questions

I am glad I chose these for my homebuyers survey. They arranged to attend the property directly with the seller. I received the report the day after the survey was completed which was brilliant. It was very thorough and detailed. The surveyor called me a few days later to discuss any queries I had. They also responded quickly to further queries which I emailed to them.
