If I could give this company a minus score I would. Plan and simple really this company is a disgrace . I will be reporting them to RICS as there guidelines there suppose to follow dont apply to them. They even ignore legal documents because there opinion is more important. And when the guy comes out who is only passed his exams in may 2019 the person you appeal to is his dad. Not a conflict of interest there then. This company is a complete joke and I'd avoid it like the plague
If I could give a 0 star for pinnacle I would. I wouldn't recommend this company.Its true what a lot of people say in the reviews they will come in your home and under value your home by 10% or more, and there reps don't want you to explain any improvements you have made. They take an average of the area not the fact that your work adds value.
They were used as part of our mortgage company mortgage offer; they were thorough and found important aspects which had otherwise been missed and were able to talk this through with us afterwords and offer some continued / ongoing advise as relevant to the situation.
Your surveyor was brilliant. Did the job really well and gave great feedback and communication - I would have given 5 stars for that. The downside to your service is that, in this day and age, the inability to book and pay online is a major drawback. The process of getting contracts emailed, signing, scanning, emailing back.... then paying by bank transfer is just too archaic for most people's requirements. We're busy - your service needs to be easy to use. Needs sorting out!
The review of the property was very in-depth and have found the information to be very useful. Edward has always fed back with any information and given clarity to his findings.
Typo’s in the report. Difficult to make sense of it. To say I paid for a buildings survey a lot of things were not checked as part of this. Unsure what the value for money was as opposed to getting a home buyers survey.
Really pleased with this survey, they acted quickly to do the survey and provided the report to me less than a week later. The report was thorough but easy to understand and clearly laid out which helped when sending follow up questions to my Solicitors. Followed up with a phone call a few days later to check I was happy and if I had any further questions. Would definitely recommend!
We were really impressed with the professionalism and service from Andy Harris. The survey on our house was undertaken in the morning and the mortgage company received the report same day, impressive!
Overall, I felt let down by Pinnacle Surveyors. Lack of any communications or effort to actually book in a survey. Any faults blamed on technical difficulties and took enough time to affect the relationship with the sellers. We did eventually get our survey completed (6 weeks after we paid for it), the report itself contained the information we expected, and the actual surveyor we spoke to who was going out to the property was lovely. What has driven to add such a poor score was every single other part of the process. The initial information from them was filtered out by a spam filter, so we had to chase to get the basic information. Once we received this and paid for the survey, we received no information without chasing for it first. Even then the information received was very vague. It took 3 weeks for a date to even get a date booked in, and this only happened after making a complaint over email and requesting a refund - an apology was issued, and the delay was put down to technical issues. We then waiting another week and a half for the survey to be completed, and a further 7 working days to receive the report (even with the surveyor saying it should only take a couple of days to get back to us). When I queried how long it was taking, I was again told it was down to a technical fault. First time buyer, so can't compare but overall the experience was completely lacklustre and unnecessarily added stress that wasn't needed.
Had to change the address of our current residence and the location of the property was changed. Took 3 emails to correct. Everything good with the final report. Might have been good to have a call to go through the report post completion.

I had excellent service, my surveyor was Edward Green he was very professional, explained things to me very clearly, I highly recommend Pinnacle. And if I have family or friends who need this service I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Extremely helpful and swift. Report was easy to read and understand, helped us make a sound decision if to proceed or not. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
Didnt turn up at the property and gave nil valuation.
Would not want to use this company again 1st they write write the wrong number down so can't call the tenant before coming but didn't call me to assist in this. Next they go to the wrong house so my tenant has wasted a day off (without pay). Can not get another appointment with them for weeks so delays to my mortgage I put in an complaint which wasn't dealt properly you just get told you are lying.
The surveoyr was very quick to call me back to answer my questions. I felt that he gave me well informed advice.
Ed was fantastic but could have done with the survey being sent back to us a little quicker. Had to chase to get it sent through.

The information we received from the survey was a key factor in the ultimate outcome of our planned purchase. We were able to make informed decisions, and requested for further checks to be carried out for piece of mind. If we had any criticism of the survey, it was quite vague at points (non-comital), however it was by far the most professionally competent part of the house buying process from our point of view.
