I have been with pieroth for many years and have never disappointed. The wine provided is excellent quality and the selection of wines from white, rose and red is outstanding. My contact Rory is fantastic, always on hand to help with the selection and for advice. He always recommends new wines and also when favourite wines come back on the list. I will continue to buy my wine from Rory at pieroth for a long time. Extra recommendation for their sparkling wine..

I have been a customer of Pieroth since the mid nineties, and have more or less stuck to the same two wines ever since. However, through Sam's fantastic recommendations , I have now become a convert to many more wonderful wines. I couldn't praise Sam highly enough, and look forward to many more years relationship with both Pieroth and Sam.

Always a friendly service, our rep is sam risley. Favourite wine is Kangaroo Point, gorgeous Cabernet Merlot. All our friends love it too.

We have being purchasing Pieroth wines for many years now and can honestly say that they are leagues above wines we can purchase in supermarkets. Our rep is Rory Brisby, who is always courteous and knowledgeable about the wines we like. He never tries the hard sell when we are not ready to restock. Pleased to see that wine prices have dropped significantly in the last few months.

I have been a member of Pieroth wines for several years now after being introduced by my parents to them, and have always had a great experience with them. We have a sales rep called Rory Brisby who knows us, and the wines we like so does not try to sell us wines that he knows are genuinely not to our taste. Pre stupid stupid COVID, he used to visit us with a selection of new and returning wines that we would enjoy. Like all companies who have to use carriers for deliveries, mistakes, damages, and losses happen, and those rare times those have happened, I contacted their Customer Services and it was dealt with promptly and with courtesy. We will continue to buy wine from Pieroth through Rory, as their wines are of brilliant quality. Ignore the reviews that try to say they are fake wines, We have tried a lot of wines from the supermarkets and other places and can honestly say that this company are the best. I am happy to verify that this review is real from one of the trustpilot admins if it is in any doubt

I was contacted after entering a competition on Facebook.Told I had'nt won, but was selected for a half price offer, as you cant attend exhibitions due to covid, & would be contacted to provide feedback on the wines I ordered. All sounded great & I was quoted £49.99 for all 6 bottles. Wines were delivered & I received an invoice for £59.96 as had been charged VAT. I thought no problem, when they call for my feedback I will tell them about the VAT. No phone call after 3 weeks, so I called, explained I'm a consumer not a business & was disappointed a) nobody has ever called for my feedback & b) I was quoted £49.99 for 6 bottles, no mention at all of VAT so feel quite misled. A lovely lady called Carol took my call, apologised & offered me a manager callback, as they don't start untill after 11am. I agreed, gave my mobile no, & explained as I currentlywork from home, I may not be able to answer, but to leave a message & I will return the call. To date , no call ,no missed calls & no voicemail! I am receiving letters chasing payment. I intend making payment,of £49.99 as quoted, once someone can be bothered to pick up the phone to speak to me. In fairness 2 of the ranges, 4 bottles were beautiful & value for money. 1 not so much & I could buy elsewhere for £8.99 so clearly not half price. Do you record your sales calls. If not perhaps you should going forward, to avoid any confusion or similar issues.I will wait to see if I receive any contact & will update this review accordingly if I do.Many thanks Sue Further to this post I spoke with Carol who kindly rectified this situation after the rep failed to contact me. Horrible wine, 5 star reviews are either from the pie Roth team itself or they pay someone to create fake reviews, I have had account with them, Which I cancel after cold calls and non stop pestering of trying to sell cheap wine for high price, you can get the same fir half the price through virgin wines, complete rip off, please do not waste money on fake wines with poor customer service Gerry

This site has been astro turfed in the extreme. Pieroth have obviously paid someone to post fake 5 star reviews. The majority of authors have 1 review in the history. Pieroth need this, they are a terrible company. They pressure vulnerable customers to purchase far more wine than they need and the wine itself is cheap, sweetened and has been accused of containing anti-freeze. Please don't read past this post, I am the only genuine human being for pages and pages.

Terrible customer experience. Bought some wine in 2019 and had to set up a payment plan due to losing my job. I stupidly forgot about the agreement and admittedly forgot I owed a penny. Pandemic hit and well you know life is challenging. Today I get a letter from the court! I’ve not had any contact in over a year with Peiroth so felt I was clear with them. The extremely patronising woman who I spoke with advised she had tried calling multiple times. -I had to change my numbers due to personal reasons. I asked why not send a letter or email? The woman dismissed this an option. She claimed that she didn’t have an email for me. They do have an email as I get sent promotions all the fricken time. I asked why keep doing something when it clearly isn’t working. It’s a sign of madness. I then go to look at the reviews and see a disgusting comment from the company to a Client. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I’d strongly advise to steer clear and go elsewhere. Thanks for the sarcastic comment expect no less. No consideration for the human experience and the fact that many of us have had the worst year imaginable. You’re a disgrace. If you had of written to me I would have known but instead you call a number that no longer exists and expect me to be happy. Vile company vile people. Honestly save your money invest elsewhere

We had purchased wines from Pieroth for many years, we really enjoyed the tasting sessions, which gave us the opportunity to sample wines which we may not have come across before. The wines are excellent value during lockdown.Excellent wine and service. Sue

I was introduced to Pieroth Wines by my daughter who had been to a wine tasting a few year ago. I have since held a tasting myself and found the service to be excellent. Al was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all the delicious wine. I would highly recommend in the future to anyone wanting to buy quality wine.

Great experience with Pieroth I have been buying wines from Pieroth For many many years now. I have had some lovely wines but my favourite by far is Chevalier de Bayard Al offers great professionalism and responds very quickly if I need some extra cases. I used to buy a few bottles but now I buy a few cases I love Pieroth and I love their wine😁

Fabulous customer service. Always so polite and helpful, As there are no longer Home wine tasting experiences, I was offered a full refund for the vouchers I had purchased. The wines are exceptional, looking forward to future tastings.

Bought a case of this beautiful wine from Al, who represents Pieroth wines and the chevalier de bayard wine is a very good price and the quality of this wine is fab. Extremely good wine, It's the only wine I can actually drink with out getting a flare up of my lupus, so I highly recommend that to anyone who has lupus. Never been a red wine drinker but I love the red wine from Pieroth. Very good service. Always get informed about any deals they have.
