Craig is fantastic, really been brilliant throughout the lockdown and explains the wines in simple and understandable language but also describes them well and we are never disappointed when they arrive. His recommendations on new wines based on past orders show his knowledge of the products is second to none and we always look forward to pulling the cork on the next new bottle of liquid deliciousness! Can't beat the wine from Pieroth, I love my wines and I do like trying different wines, the wine tasting nights I used to host with my friends and Robin from Pieroth were fantastic way to try new wines, but I'm equally enjoying speaking to Robin over the phone and going off his recommendations, as he really knows what kind of wine myself and my wife like to drink.

I have been buying wines from Pieroth for over 10 years now and have always received great service and Ben has learnt my preferences well. His recommendations have almost always hit the spot & he always aims to please - both in the kind of wines he suggests and the delivery dates (to fit in with celebrations & holidays). I think he must have a secret camera to see when my supplies are running low (or he’s pacing my consumption) as his phone calls are usually just when I am on the search for another full bodied red!

We were introduced to Pieroth wines through the wine tasting experience which we booked as a surprise to introduce some friend the world of wine. Pieroth had come highly recommend to us from a business associate. We were quickly contacted by our local Pieroth rep Al, to arrange a date and discuss what we’re looking to achieve from our evening. Al even recommended food pairing options to enhance the experience. Our evening began, starting with a range of delicious whites, leading to light full bodied Reds Als knowledge was superb, what this guy doesn’t know about wine is simply not worth knowing, however he delivered all the relevant information in a fun but informative way. We all even scored the wines and guessed flavours before the explanations came. Once the evening finished there was no pushing for sales, just a gentle enquiry. 9 months later and I’m now hooked, Al is our personal wine adviser, knows our tastes and we always are delivered exceptional wines. If you are looking for a truly 5 star experience look no further as the quality and service from Al and the Pieroth team is second to none.

Nick Rooker contacted me reference some special offers on wines I had previously purchased to ask if I was interested in buying some more. After a very friendly, helpful and informative chat I placed an order which arrived 4 days later . I was very happy with this service.
we treated ouselves to a box of wine for xmas at a considerable £173 then these clowns send another box and help themselves to another £173 with out my permission, i have told the bank but we are now overdrawn and incurred charges, i have complained via email and will take it further, cheeky low b@stards. we will never use these again and hope someone puts them in the sh@t right before xmas, low and despicable, no excuses
We have used Pieroth wines for the past year now. We like wine but do not have the time always to look through the various types. After discussing our likes and dislikes, Courtney Brickstock is extremely helpful and choses wines each time for us. We've never been dissappointed yet.

It has been a pleasure to let Aaron Green introduce us to the different wines that Pieroth have to offer. He's knowledgeable about the wines and very personable. The wines we've either tasted (during fabulous tasting evenings with friends, although, sadly, these tasting sessions are now things of the past) or that Aaron has recommended, have all been excellent. Aaron acts professionally and courteously, and has never put us, or our friends, under any pressure to purchase - the wines speak for themselves.
