Bereits im November habe ich eine Online-Weinprobe für 6 Personen gebucht. In der Buchungsbestätigung wurde angekündigt, dass unser Weinberater sich kurzfristig bei uns melden würde. Die Weinprobe war für den 25.01. terminiert. Da sich bis zum 20.01. keiner gemeldet hat, sah ich mich gezwungen dem Weinberater hinterher zu telefonieren. Er redete irgendwas von technischen Problemen und sagte aber die Weinprobe zu. Der Wein kam einen Tag vor Termin an und ich bekam eine Link für eine Teams-Konferenz zugesandt. Nun saßen wir am 25.01. pünktlich vor dem Rechner und es passierte: NICHTS! Die ViKo wurde nicht eröffnet und der Weinberater war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Die Buchungsseite ist nicht mehr zu öffnen. Keinerlei Kontakt! Und zu allem Überfluss war der Wein auch nicht wirklich gut. Nie wieder! Kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Wir hatten mit Herrn Zimmermann einen wunderbaren Weinprobenabend. Es war unsere erste Weinprobe und Herr Zimmermann hat uns so viel über die Weine und ihre Herkunft erzählt, dass der Abend kurzweilig und spannend war. Wir haben aber auch viel gelacht, die Zeit verging einfach viel zu schnell. Die Weine haben uns richtig gut geschmeckt. Herr Zimmermann hat uns eine sehr gute Auswahl von Weinen mitgebracht, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war.
Initiale Weinbestellung war vollkommen problemlos, aber seitdem werde ich immer wieder kontaktiert obwohl ich schon mehrere Male angegeben habe, dass ich nicht interessiert bin und sie doch bitte meine Kontaktdaten löschen sollten.

Great service - we love your wine!
I have been buying wines from Pieroth for over 10 years, initially after an 'at home' tasting and more recently through my representative, Al. We have really enjoy the rich fruity reds such as Big Feet, Jumilla, Monastrell, Most Secret and a current favourite, Kangaroo Point. Al has introduced us to new wines such as Murder of Crows and Parliament Of Owls which are a little less sweet, but still suit our palate and are very much enjoyed. Rarely we have had a wine that is not to our taste and swapping for something we prefer has never been an issue. We have had some great white too, but I think its the reds that really stand out for me, they are more expensive than many other wines in the supermarkets, but I think the quality shines through, and its worth spoiling yourself once in a while!
There is a great variety of wines and I like the way my agent understands and responds to my tastes and requirements. It is a pleasure to do business with Pieroth and the service is always friendly, reliable and efficient.

Nick’s advice is spot on when it comes to choosing a new wine. His easy manner and chats are great but all the time he’s remembering our particular tastes and can recommend products which have so far never failed to please us. That’s how a professional advisor should be. Makes us forget sometimes that it’s his job, as it feels more like a friend has called for a catch up!

Our expert is very knowledgeable about our likes and dislikes and about the wines in general. He gives us calls when there are offers but doesn’t pester us to purchase. He is aware that we know the quality of the wines as a long standing customer.
I must admit I take little regard to Trustpilot, or any other review system, but a good review is a good start. For what it is worth I can recommend Pieroth as reliable, with well priced good and generally excellent wines. Helpful staff and representatives. Low pressure tasting sessions at home are great for giving an education in their stock and help exploration even if we return to the same favourites, and the occasional freebie does no harm at all. All in all a good firm.
Excellent wines and great service, Ben has good knowledge of the wines the company supply and he always remembers what his customers like, he recommends wines to try and they always as good as he says.
Ben is a great person to speak with, his knowledge of Pieroth wines is very good and knows what wines we personally !ike. May we also say that all the wines we have had are perfect and never had one which is not of an exceptional guality. Spoke with James (the wine man) who gave great advice as to which wines to try He’s aware of our taste and recommended a choice for us to try for a change. James is alway helpful and polite. We’ve been with Pieroth for a good few years and highly recommend them.
