Wir sind super unzufrieden! Wir hatten eine Weinprobe mit Herrn Moll für den 29.05, extra so, dass der darauffolgende Tag ein Feiertag ist. Da wir den Gutschein für die Weinprobe von mo-do gekauft haben. Wir durften 10 Leute einladen, was wir auch getan haben. Die Weinprobe war für 19:00 Uhr angesetzt. Da um 19:35 immer noch keiner da waren, haben wir Herrn Moll angerufen. Er war krank und für Ersatz wurde nicht gesorgt. Also saßen wir alle mit 10 Leuten zusammen ohne dass abgesagt wurde. Wir sind alle sehr verärgert. 4 unserer Freunde bestellen eigentlich regelmäßig bei Pieroth. Das werden unsere Freunde nach der Aktion nicht mehr tun! Unterste Schublade
I received a call out of the blue from Stephanie. She said I'd entered a competition and was one of the finalists. Meanwhile would I like to try some of their wines. I told her I liked full bodied red and dry white and rose wine. You would think she would take that on board! Of the 6 wines I received, both roses were sweet, one red was sweet (bizarre), the white was dry one red had body and the sparkling red was tending towards medium dry. Someone from customer service was supposed to call me back. Nothing. I then get a letter reminding me to pay to avoid further action. I spoke with Amanda in customer service. She wasn't too helpful, suggesting I should have sent the wines back. Frankly if you tell a sales person what kind of wines you like you would think that they would take that into account. I order from Naked, Laithwaites, Daily Mail and Sunday Times wine clubs. It doesn't happen often but if a wine is not what you'd expect they'll either give a replacement or a voucher. Today I received a call from Massimo, he listened to my feedback and apologised for the sale and the customer service. We had a long and pleasant chat and he is sending me some replacement wines. So Pieroth have gone up in my estimation and I look forward to trying the wines. Thank you Massimo.
Also für mich ist Fabian der beste Verkäufer (Hannover Flughafen). Ehrlich gesagt kenne ich auch nur Fabian, aber da äugt es auch gut. Er ruft mich an, wenn ich nicht kaufen möchte, dann bequatscht er mich, manchmal funktioniert, manchmal nicht. Aber trotzdem macht es immer wieder Spaß mit ihm zu kommunizieren. Also Fabian ‚weiter so‘ 😀😀😀

My Wine Advisor must be the Best, she isn't pushy, she is honest and compassionate when she advises wines for me. I totally enjoy her suggestions for wines to try and always recommend her to others. I receive calls from other Pieroth wine advisors but I never purchase from them. I think that if anyone out there is looking to hear from a Wine Advisor then they should speak to Claire Faulkner-Green first, and try one of her recommendations. You won't go wrong and you'll certainly be rewarded wtih a great wine and save yourself time not shopping for wine at supermarket or the high street stores.
Love our chats, feels like talking to a friend. Wines and liqueurs are top class. James has educated me to be more adventurous and don't just stick to my safe Charrdonay and Shiraz.
