Friendly consultant with good knowledge of the wines and knows what I like. I've never had a bad wine, my preference is red, they are all super smooth and delicious.

Jay has to call me about 50% of the time because I'm busy but also because I feel we have enough back stock of wines. Very often I order more, especially when there is a wine included that we particularly enjoy or Jay has introduced a different wine, carefully describing its character and comparing it to wines he knows we enjoy. He, and the whole team, are extremely helpful, whether it's for ordering or for processing a payment.
I’ve been a Pieroth customer for probably 30 years. The wines are so good. Due to health issues and getting older, I don’t order as much wine anymore however I still get the same excellent service from Ben (rep who rings me). I always recommend Pieroth to friends.
James always is aware of which wines we prefer and knows which to recommend. We would prefer to be offered extra bottles rather than a gift. We would also like to see a discount on number of bottles purchased, perhaps a sliding scale? Or free delivery for a quanity.. This is the first year since Harry (years ago ) retired we have had a constant very good contact. Pieroth wine's always excellent for customer service.

The lady who took my order was friendly and chatty, asked if she could substitute a couple of my bottles of wine for others she thought I would enjoy. I have been sick but I had a good conversation with her, bubbly just like my wine, it was all delicious.
Nick our wine adviser is very helpful, he does not keep bothering us all the time, but contacts me when he has special offers that from his experience know that we would like. He has done great offers on our favourite wines. We trust him & Pieroth wines for quality & service & would recommend to anyone who likes fine wines. We miss the old face to face wine tasting but realise this reflects on the price. Long May you continue to provide good wines at a fair price

My Pieroth advisor is like a friend. He updates me on offers for the wines that I like and always ensures when I'm ready to order that my wine is despatched for the date that I request. There is never any pressure to purchase if I am not ready
The representative lets me know when the wines we like he lets me know. He is very knowledgeable. He is very pleasant and you can have a laugh with him witch my wife and myself like.
Offer a extensive selection of wine. They can cater to all tastes and pockets in my experience.

We’ve been buying wine from Pieroth for about 20years . In all that time we have never had real cause for complaint, ( only thing I can remember was one case had a couple of bottles that were a bit below par but they were speedily and willingly replaced). I really appreciate the consistently good quality and wide choice offered. Our advisor is approachable, friendly and above all, their product knowledge is extensive and honest. Takes all the risk out of buying on line and adds to our confidence in trying new wines- it’s a bit like having our own sommelier!😄
I have been a customer of Pieroth for over 12 years. During this time they have never tried to ‘hard sell’ me and have always provided great quality wine at fair prices. My wine advisor Giles is great and rings me when my wife’s favourite wine is on special offer . He is always friendly, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable and remains so whether I place an order or not. And their products are fabulous and varied and they frequently introduce new wines that they think we’d find useful. With Pieroth there’s no need to buy wine anywhere else

He knows the Pieroth stock thoroughly and knows our taste in wine so well he comes up with superb recommendations which never fail to hit the mark in terms of taste, quality and value for money.
