Patriot mobile customer service is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Also, my coverage with Patriot Mobile is better than I had with Verizon.
When I signed up I thought I would be getting a better value. The monthly bill is now over $67 it should not be more than $60 at most. I hope we can find a way to reduce the cost.

It makes me feel good to know that my money is going to support a conservative, Christian business. And I find the service is just as good as Verizon which I used to have.
We had Verizon Wireless for many years but switched to Patriot Mobile to save money. We saved money and, in my opinion, can truthfully say there is no difference as we have experienced equal service with both plans.
Great company and the only cellular company I know of with Christian values. Rates are within reason, but for me it’s the fact that I’m with a company that supports the values which are important to me.
I already have a line through Patriot Mobile. I am very pleased with. But to get the 2nd line for my husband didn’t go as planned.
Although it was a little complicated setting up the change from our previous carrier, which was likely due to my lack of tech knowledge, it was well worth it. At the top of our satisfaction list is that it saved us half of what we were paying for our cell service. Secondly, the billing and notifications are all clear and uncomplicated which is necessary for us as seniors. Next, we have never had any interruptions or lack in services. And not really lastly, we love the fact that Patriot Mobile is Christian, conservative and patriotic based company. Thank You Patriot Mobile

Customer service is great. Helpful, nice. Getting set up took a little bit to find the right carrier. After that I’ve had no problems.
Service is good. Cost is good. Voicemail access not secure. No password needed so that anybody can access my voicemail from my phone.
The only thing I expect my phone company to do is handle the technical details of making my phone operate properly.. recently I've had some really bad phone calls that were enhanced with a lot of noise and that's not your fault that's Verizon I believe...
Patriot Mobile has been a reliable provider to us for about 4 years. We switched to them initially due to the woke crap that so many larger corporations were participating in and when I found out what Patriot Mobile was about I was happy to switch and have no reason to ever leave. America First!
Set up is too complicated. Had to get my neighbor to do it for me .
