Some of the best scented candle ever
Excellent customer service. I had an issue with an order (2 boxes were grubby and one diffuser had leaked) however, after informing Parks of the problem, they sent out a complete new replacement order which was received the very next day. Love all their items and will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you Parks

The long lasting fragrance and clean burning candles are so great with Parks diffusers and candles. Love the sophisticated appearance of the produces. Not to mention the excellent pricing is well appreciated. I would continue to shop with Parks for all my home fragrances.
So easy to order with great, quality products from Parks Candles. They arrive well packed and within a couple of days of ordering. The scents are beautiful and such a vast choice. I order different ones each time, because of the wide choice. So my advice would be that when there's a sale on buy a few as they are great, quality presents as well as a treat for yourself!

The Parks is The most delicate and fine mark about difusor scents. Yous selection is amazing. By the way, your prices are much better than Jo Malone for instance.

FAST DELIVERY AND GREAT QUALITY!
I ordered 4 diffusers from Parks last week.One of the diffusers was not sealed properly and had leaked and stained the box. I contacted Customer Services by email this morning, and by lunchtime I had had an email saying they had sent out a replacement. I am astounded at the speed at which this could be done, and wish other companies had the same commitment to after sales. Well done Parks!
