I did a fairly large order on the 29th of November which has not arrived yet. I have emailed twice to try to see where the order is as these are for Christmas presents. I have had no response to the email. The order time was 3-5 days but to expect a LITTLE extra longer due to Christmas but I haven’t yet received my order and no reply to emails. I’m now not sure if I need to go out and by other presents
Fantastic smelling diffusers, you get what you pay for, QUALITY. They are not cheap but well worth it.

In my opinion the best candles you can get. The fragrance lasts all through the burning of the candles, the scents are divine. Couldn’t fault them. Really lovely candles. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Perfection.

The candles were easy to order and they didn't take long to arrive. i was kept informed throughout the process and they smelt lovely when they were lit.
I haven't received my parcel and the Postcode and address was correct. Now I need to follow up and find out what has happened

This is a great company, love the products, delivered on time and value their customers. The candles and diffusers may seem a little expensive, but only in comparison to supermarket goods. Parks are value for money. When I moved from Europe to England I even packed a half used diffuser as I loved the perfume too much to leave it behind.
