I love the product and have ordered Parks for years. However, having it delivered on the 23rd Dec after ordering it in the 3rd, without any updates or notification, was not acceptable. Repeatedly informed that delivery was 3-6 days was a lie. I missed being able to give this as, firstly a birthday present and even a Christmas present as we left on the 20th. I note won’t get this until the 6th Jan. Beyond disappointing!
Many items were sold out One of the diffusers was not well closed and leeking It was not as well packed as it used to be. Therefore my experience this time was not as good as I expected

Just love your candles and sales
I placed my first order on 30th Nov. The top of the confirmation email said my item would be dispatched within 3-5 business days, the bottom of the order said the 'shipping method' was 3-6 business days. After ten days, I enquired and was told they aimed to ship within 3-5 business days, but that their shipping policy stipulates that 'occurs will delay at peak seasons'. The item finally arrived 20 days after I ordered it. I have to say I found the smell unpleasant: synthetic, sweet and floral and not at all what I expected from an expensive candle named 'feu de bois'. Very disappointing all round; I threw it away.
Hi I've bought a number of diffusers and they smelt quite strong my last purchase of a diffuser smelt of nothing I am very disappointed and won't be buying any more. 6th
