Received the latest Festive candles and diffusers - wow love the Spiced Mandarin ! Currently burning three wick candle in the evening in my ‘music room) ie second lounge with record deck lol ! Great scent throw and burns perfectly and never any sooting ! It’s great to see the reaction when gifting always very - everyone is impressed with the scents and quality ! Customer service is always very responsive and quick . Small niggle that my Perfect Presents X 3 had a small chip in one votive but I can still use - can’t wait for more new scents ! Thoroughly recommended!

The 2 candles I have purchased this time have burned very quickly. One only lasted 2 weeks with roughly a total burning time of 6 hours in total. Very disappointed as I have had a few others which I have been happy with. It has put me off purchasing others due to the cost.

Very long wait for delivery, despite the fact that they charge for delivery. Customer service is simply unprofessional, when I wrote them an email where my order was, the answer was not an apology but an excuse that they are very popular and therefore delay the shipment because they do not have time to pack so many orders :) | ordered from the Platinum collection "Suede and Sakura and Dark Rose Diffusers, a simple bottle with a plastic sticker with the brand name on it, the smell of the diffuser is persistent, but unfortunately not pleasant and smells cheap.
