Mainly good scents. They tend to burn down quickly. I usually buy when something is on special offer, as they deals are extremely good value.

I love Parks - the scent in the diffusers lasts a really long time - not like cheaper products on the market - I will continue to buy Parks to make my home smeall wonderful!

Great candles with beautiful smells. An error on my delivery where the works item was sent out but very quickly was this resolved and for the hassle they allowed me to keep the wrong item. Been shopping with parks for 2 years now and have no complaints.

I have tried a couple of their candles havign purhcased elsewhere before which were divine, ordered direct on 3rd Jan, took a bit longer for delivery however, packaged by real people that care and apologised for the delay, how sweet. Fabulous products and family owned who actually really care about the environment, their products and their customers... Edit 19/01/2022 Thank you Parks, yes please contact me using the details you hold for me Edited 21/01/2022 Management contacted me asking if they could call, i replied yes and can you believe they actually did, dont always get that from larger companies! We should support businesses like this first and foremost with our shopping. Parks (London) Ltd genuinely care about the environment and did way before everyone started shouting about it, still a family business that has grown adding to their team as required and bringing on board new products. The founder is still very much in the business and I take my hat off to them for their drive, spirit and honesty. Delivery did take longer than usual unfortunately due to covid their team were 75% down and they worked their socks off. People do that for good companies that care about their employees! Thank you Parks London Ltd for being amazing!!

i was so dissapointed none of us could smell the candle. i lost 2 sons recently i always burn a candle, but this had no smell

Lovely candles all arrived beautifully packaged and on time

I was given a collection box of 10 candles and I have to say there wasn’t a single one I didn’t like. I’ve since bought 3 more myself as the sale was so good! I also bought diffusers which are really nice too. Lovely products!

I ordered 3 candles but they only delivered two of them to me. I emailed them twice however there was no respond.

Incorrect item received, however, immediately rectified at no extra cost. Very pleased with items and will shop again.

Ordered 15 candles, unfortunately it took a where’s my order? email to them before I got an apology & then to despatch my order. Took almost 1 month it total. Not their best moment. Hopefully they’ll improve when I next order. Candles are nice & make our house smell wonderful 👍
