Delicious, rich candles. My absolute favorite! They last long, melt well and fill the room with great smells. I have tried many different smells and would order my favorites over and over again. Would definitely recommend!

Always buy candles and reed diffuser from Parks London as they gave me confidence that their products are made in UK and 100% natural wax. The smell from the candles are consistent and the sillage is just about right to fill the room. Their customer sevices are first class. When contact them, they will reply back and provide solution if needed.
I've been purchasing Parks products for years now. I adore the Black Magic range. Favourite is the Orange/Lemon Diffuser. Longlasting uplifting scent.
These are, by far, the best candles I’ve ever used. Since finding them, i use no other candles. I use the originals and i can’t be without them.
The candles I bought a while back were good to look at and smelt beautiful and authentic but the cost of postage can be prohibitive even when there is a sale.

Placed a large order for diffusers, a couple of which had leaked in transit. Spoke to Emma at customer services who rectified the situation immediately. Can’t speak highly enough of my after care sales experience which speaks volumes as a consumer - Quick responses to emails and queries. Great products too! Overall a 5* experience.
The products are great but the packaging needs a lot of improvement. The plastic lid on the diffusers doesn't hold on when under pressure due to travel. I ordered 13 diffusers. One spilled completely and spoiled all the other boxes.
