This is an extension of my previous purchase and review. After months and several emails, I received a full refund on my previous order and a coupon code to purchase new products. That was fair, although I was made to hound the reps to receive these things. I received two new candles and lit one. Clearly, there is a new formula for Parks Original scent. I will not purchase again.
Fantastic company to deal with. I had an issue with an order being partially incorrect and they sent the correct item quickly and told me to enjoy the incorrect item as an apology which was much appreciated as it would have been hassle to send it back.
Only 2 of 3 items were delivered. I reported it a week ago to the Parks team and I haven’t heard anything back from them since. No refund or replacement item. No communication from them at all. Very disappointed, I expected a better service. I would not shop with them again or recommend them to others.
My 3 wick number 6 candle was missing from my order. I’ve emailed & phoned twice. Apparently it will get sent but after chasing up again today who knows. Spent a lot of money over the last few years with Parks and never a problem. Feel let down by their poor after care.
White Jasmin and Ylang Ylang diffuser smells great, and was delivered promptly and well packaged.

Helllo, I bought a 10 set of mini candles called ‘Discovery set” - we are disapointed and clueless since the numbers do not correlate with the scent description in the box.
Love these candles they last for ages and quick delivery
