Everything was ok but things are a bit mad are getting moment. I’ve seen my orders cancelled, shipping costs charged & additional costs requested… what I would say is that Parks have made efforts to rectify the issues so fingers crossed for future orders

J’ai découvert Parks il y a 7 ans maintenant . Sur des ventes privés . J’ai dépensé sans compter pour m’offrir les plus belles bougies , les dix mèches , la fameuse bougies de 7 kg aussi , ainsi que tous les autres modèles des coffrets de 10 minis bougies aux 4 mèches . J’ai choisi tout mes parfums à l’aveugle , en me fiant à mon instinct et à mes préférences olfactives . Jamais , jamais je n’ai été déçu mais bien au contraire ! Ébloui par la qualité de la cire , des mèches , des contenants mais encore plus des combinaisons de parfums absolument féerique ! Ma maison est littéralement signée Parks , de la cuisine aux chambres en passant par les couloirs la salle de bain et les toilettes . Marque extraordinaire, qualité ultime , je suis sous le charme .

Parks’ Feu De Bois candle is my obsession. I have candles and diffusers of it all over my house. The smell brings me so much joy, and everyone who visits compliments the woody cathedral-like smell.

After an amazing customer service experience emailing back and forth with someone from Parks, I finally took the plunge and ordered a selection of candles that seemed like the best fit for my home. I fell in love with all of the items I ordered, but my favourite was by far the Pomegranate Noir scent - perfect for sultry summer nights and cosy autumns snuggled up inside. Genuinely the best candle sellers that I’ve ever used and interacted with! Keep up the good work. ❤️

Cela fait maintenant 4 ans que j'utilise vos bougies et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfait ! Beaucoup de senteur différente et surtout des bougies qui dure dans le temps ! 45H au minimum et l'odeur reste dans l'air longtemps après l'avoir éteinte ! Je recommande à 100% !

Wonderful candles, excellent burning time, and they fill the room with the most wonderful essential oil fragrance in no time at all, my absolute favourite is rose & patchouli, excellent value!
