My wife and I had never purchased any sort of precious metals before and really didn’t do extensive research prior. We went in thinking “let’s just put some feelers out to get educated and go from there” Matt Malek made it easy and stress free to understand the different options and helped us to get our feet wet with our first purchase. Pierre Kim was great from start to finish: in Education, Execution and finally Delivery. Only shortcoming in dealing with Oxford is the length of time it takes to physically receive the product. But a very good experience overall.
