I don’t even give them a One star. I ordered silver coins in 2021. I invested $149,000. Of my retirement money and Mike Malek never told me the up charge was 40%. My silver did make it to the depository 4 months later. I decided to invest another $39,000 into gold in April of 2023. Mike Malek lied to me and said my gold made it to the depositary. It still has not and it’s July 2024. This is theft and these ppl need to be held accountable. I have reported this theft to the BBB the FTC the US Postal Service and the Minnesota Department of Commerce.and my local police Department. I’m 63 and am on disability after 40 years of busting my butt as a Dental Hygienist! I’m mad as a Hornet!!! This can’t go on ignored! These ppl are criminals!! My story is the same. I spoke with Vince Bovino last December and started the process of purchasing precious metals from Oxford gold group. I sent my check and was expecting to receive the product in 10-12 weeks. After many months and excuses about backlogs and delays, Vince (and everyone else at OGG) have vanished and are unreachable. They have stolen hundreds of thousands from me and my family. I’ve filed a complaint with the federal trade commission, the California attorney general, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission Division of Enforcement. Does anyone know if their office in Beverly Hills is legit? This is a travesty and maybe together we can get some justice. Please share any ideas. My email is wkrale at gmail dot com.
I am past the denial stage and I am going to start the process of local sheriff, Colorado and Ca State DA, FTC, BBB, FINRA (lots of work). I am devastated my $15,000 has been embezzled by this company. My prior experience in May 2023 was honest and ethical. I ordered precious metals in January/2024 and no delivery as of July/2024. My sales rep is gone. I was directed to and strung along by Jack and Tiara for months that company was legitimate and they only were in transition with a new depository. How can these people look themselves in the mirror and sleep at night? This was part of my nursing retirement account. I have voice mails and an email trail so I have evidence. If anyone is going to initiate a class action lawsuit please consider me and send me a note. I am a 30 year hospice nurse close to retirement and this $15,000 took a long time to save. I thought my money would be protected with gold and silver instead of sitting in the bank. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks all. Vote
Ask for gold to be converted to cash in March 2024. Still nothing and no communication. Filed complaint with BBB and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). For others in my boat I suggest we flood the FTC with complaints.
In October 2022, I moved my Ira in entirety to Oxford Gold in order for them to set up the new gold IRA with Equity Trust. Over $199,000 was “stolen” by Oxford Gold because Equity Trust still has not received any precious metals for my IRA. No one from Oxford Gold can give me answers to where my gold or money is. The owners don’t respond after my initial talk either and I continue to try and contact them.
I have been doing business with OGG since February 2022 without issue. On September 2023 I placed an order for King Charles .1 oz gold coins and have not received the balance of my order, 606 of those coins. I have tried to contact OGG without success. My elderly father put his trust in Oxford Gold Group in December 2022 when he wanted to diversify in to "something safe". Vince Bovino was the sales associate and Pedram Granfar got involved early on to facilitate the purchase of $100K in gold coins to be transferred to a Gold IRA account managed by Equity Trust at a depository in Utah. This has never happened. Unsure how we all got to this point, especially after the dozens of calls to assure us that it was an accounting error at the depository. I have been waiting since June 2022 for my gold to be deposited into the depository. I was getting the story that they were working on it and now there are no answers to the phone calls which I see now is because they were locked out. Maybe people in California would have better luck trying to get something started, they have done something else with everyones money, isn't that a felony?
We are in the same boat with many others. We rolled our 401k / IRA over 2 years ago and out metals have still not been delivered to the depository. Vince Bovino has stopped returning my calls. He has been very deceptive, telling us it was just an accounting error that would be resolved soon. I sent private inspector, apparently OGG did not pay the office rent since April 2024 till today, there is a notice by the building management posted on the office with the full details. OGG where prevented to enter the building due to the overdue rent and utilities!
I transferred my 401k retirement fund amount of 250,000.00 to Oxford Gold Group to purchased precious metals and have it store in a depository. Oxford Gold Group received the funds and did not purchase the precious metals still to this day. We started this process in July 2023. Since then we have tried to communicate with OGG with no ability to get anyone on the phone or by email. They will not answer and will not respond to any communications from us. We have researched and found many people are in our position with OGG and we do not know what we are able, or can do to start a process of getting our money back. We have put a complaint into the FBI, and to FTC and have been contacting anyone who may have suggestions or ideas on how to get a process going to get this resolved. You can't hardly ever get in contact with this company. Very hard to speak with someone. They rarely answer their phone. Customer service isn't that good. And when they do send you any information regarding your account it goes to my spam folder which makes me wonder if they are even legitimate.
Same problem with Oxford. Large purchase was May 2023. Oxford has my money, but NO metals were delivered to the depository. This is stealing. I see many having the same issue. Class action is a consideration. No one will return any calls or emails. They have vanished.
Same story as everyone else, my wife rolled her 401k two years ago and still no delivery of metals to the depository. Calls arent being returned anymore. When they did return calls same old B.S. answers, " it will be just a little longer". Open to a class action suit.
On December 28th 2023 I bought 88,704.00 in Silver Coins from broker Pierre Kim. I also rolled over 49,695.36 into a precious metals IRA. I never received my physical silver coins, and Equity Trust never received the metals from Oxford Gold into my IRA account. I was told that Pierre Kim suddenly passed away and that they are working on getting my metals to me. This was in February. It is now June and they have stopped taking my phone calls. I have filed complaints with BBB, US Commodity Commission, FBI, I have contacted an attorney but he doesn't know if he wants to take this case. Is there a way we could start a class action?
Also burned by this company and never received my gold and silver coins, as Leila Gharache promised. Everyone should take these three steps to apply maximum pressure on the CEO and his assets. File a report with the California Attorney General's Office alleging Oxford Gold Group committed embezzlement. Secondly, file another online report with the Federal Trade Commission using the same information. Lastly, file a report with your local police or sheriffs department where you reside. Request that the law enforcement agency forward the case to the Beverly Hills Police Department for follow-up. BHPD will not take a report over the phone and they have no mechanism for online reporting. You can get the CEO and CFO names from the California Secretary of State website.
Same complaint as those that have posted here. Have been calling and emailing Oxford Gold since January to get RMD. No one returns calls or emails. I call once a week. I called Equity after that February 2024 letter, to be informed there was nothing in my account. The funds that were sent to Equity initially were sent to Oxford Gold for purchase which Equity never received. Oxford Gold takes your money and you never hear from them again. What I need to know is where to make a complaint. I called California Consumer Affairs and they told me to contact an agency in Washington. I need better answers. Also, as previously suggested, we need to start a class action suit. I want to state that if our monies were not invested and metals have risen in value, we all lost out not only our initial investment but the true value in today's market.
Update from last post. Call Beverly Hills Police Department.310) 285-2180. Tell them Oxford Gold Group has taken thousands of people's investments for precious metals and can no longer be contacted. They have practiced Deceit, lied and stolen some customer's life savings. Gold/silver after purchase are not sent to depository as promised. So third party Equity Trust stopped being associated with this group and all these people have unsettled accounts. Meaning OGG takes your money then does nothing with your purchase. It has been 2 plus years. Tens of thousands of $ given to this company. And now cannot even be reached. Finding out many employees no longer there. They refuse to answer phones or respond in any way. My contact Matt M. and OGG have robbed me of a good portion of my retirement.
