I was very nervous about moving some of my investment into gold because of negative experiences with other investors; however, my interactions with Pierre Kim were always positive and he was very patient with me. When I told him I needed time to research and consider my options, he respected that. He also provided reading material to help me make informed decisions. Questions were answered in language that I could understand, and if I didn't understand his answer, he was kind to reword and repeat his answers until I understood. When making a decision for the type of gold I should purchase, his explanation was so detailed that I was not only confident in choosing the type but also confident in knowing the "why" behind choosing the type. Working with Pierre was comfortable and friendly and I highly recommend working with him and Oxford Gold.

KC walked us through the process without any high pressured sales. She made sure that we understood all of our options. She answered all of our questions --- some of them multiple times. She was very helpful and made the whole process smooth and worry free.
