I wanted to order an awning and some other accessories for our van and discovered that Outdoor Direct didn’t have an option for delivering to Jersey on their site. I emailed their Customer support team and they couldn’t have been more helpful if they’d tried. They explained that they don’t normally deliver to the Channel Islands because of all the ‘red tape’, but took my order over the phone. They took off the VAT and told me what the postage would be, it came out cheaper than the published price with free delivery in the UK. Ordered Thursday 20 February, arrived today, Tuesday, 25 February. No hassle, no fuss. All three people I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Outdoor Direct and won’t hesitate to contact them again in the future.

I was missing one item from my delivery so I contacted customer services who responded straight away, looked into it and sent the missing item out the very same day! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!
Great range of products, pricing was competitive with good communication and courier delivery. One item was on pre-order and I still recived an email notifying me of this with an expected in stock date. Would buy again.
Excellent technical sales service
Outdoor World need to use someone else other than DPD for delivery - they delivered our tent and bundle to a house ten doors up the road and the delivery photo was just a smeary blur. Luckily an honest neighbour brought the stuff round to us. Outdoor World themselves were very good, but it’s no good if you don’t receive your items….
