Ordered an expensive awning from the, unfortunately there was a mix up in dispatch and I received a different item. I called and they took immediate ownership, organised a courier to deliver the correct item and collected the incorrect. Mistakes & errors do happen sometimes, it's how you deal with them that really matters.

I had been looking for this item (or similar) which appeared to be out of stock on many sites. Easy to order, arrived quickly and within the time frame specified. I bought the Vango Sizzle Double Induction Hob for use with hook up although it’s smart enough for domestic use where space is an issue. Tried briefly at home and it works well. Wattage is clearly defined from low to high which will be useful as supply can vary on campsites. It looks smart, and feels substantial without being bulky. The storage bag is useful. I cannot comment on durability as only tested at home.
