Arrived safely packed, ahead of schedule. And it was as beautiful as I'd hoped. Our contractor installed it without trouble.

Product is great. Service was not. Lights were delivered outside of their delivery window. I only received an update after chasing it up. When I did receive the items just under a week later than I expected, I was told I would receive an AM delivery and they turned up early afternoon. I did receive an apology.

I ordered a Drop One pendant for my hallway and requested a change to ceiling rose, which OBTC agreed for a small fee. The light fitting arrived a few weeks later, very carefully packed and looking simply gorgeous. It will be a real statement piece in my hallway. One point to note about OBTC is that their lighting is handmade in the U.K. and the quality is superb. Looking forward to my next purchase from OBTC.

PARFAITEMENT CONFORME
A lovely lamp, solid build quality and a good finish, I received it in a timely manner given we are in the middle of a pandemic. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because, although beautifully packaged there is a reliance on an expanded foam in the packaging, I understand it is a fragile object but I think this could be solved using paper pulp based packaging instead. Keep up the good work, thank you.
