I wrote to Original BTC saying I needed a new bulb holder as the old one was damaged due to using a bulb which was too strong for the lamp. Not only did I get an immediate response. i was sent a replacement bulb holder free of chage. Extremely efficient and friendly service. Worth five stars but not for the lamp. Beautiful to look at but this is the second time that the holder got damaged. It should not be so easy for this to happen.

Good quality

Still didn't received my order after 6 weeks. I don't even have a tracking number to follow up on the courier service. Extremely poor costumer service & tracking. Seems very beautiful articles on the website but you never see the color of them... I do not recommend

I required a new clamp for one of my BTC lamps and contact Lauren.She was so helpful with identifying which one I required and the ordering procedure. Hettie finished the transaction as Lauren was having a day off. All I can say is what wonderful service I had .....
