I was more than pleased with the wall lights purchased for our bedroom. I needed lights that would plug in as I couldn’t have them fitted so chose the hector small downlight and they are perfect. I already had switch Hectors fitted in our lounge and knew they would compliment any decor. The delivery was quick and packing ensured they were safe. The only reason for a 4 star is that the flex on the top of the lights was not the same length so had to be adjusted before fitting, hardly anything really. Thank you Original BTC

I have purchased many products from you. On this this occasion the items delivered looked like seconds. Customer service have arranged for them to be replaced but it delayed them being fitted and was inconvenient. Customer service team were helpful and prompt though.
