2 plasterboards and 2 insulation boards arrived damaged. Emailed them with photos and no response. No one picked up the phone, contact form and complaint link don’t work, no response to email after 6 days. I had to raise a chargeback dispute with my bank, which is a much longer process. Responding to your reply: My email was clearly sent with the following timestamp in my sent mailbox. Date: 17 April 2024 at 12:06:06 BST It seems leaving bad rating is the quickest way to get a response. I have resent the email.

The product looks good, but not installed yet so we shall see. My issue was with delivery, there was a phone call 3 minutes before driver arrived at delivery address, no prior email with date or timing update. This could have been a big problem given the size of the wagon and need for assistance/signature.

I didn’t get any notice that the order was being subcontracted to CCF, a Travis Perkins subsidiary in Bournemouth. Their delivery driver, Sylvia, was excellent; she notified me when she was setting off at 07:24 then when she was about 15 minutes away. There was no paperwork handed over.
