Sent the wrong size, because I could not get 1200 wide up the stairs to the room, I ordered A smaller size, you ignored this and sent 1200 Only letting me know shortly before the delivery, I had to waste time cutting them smaller so we could get them in the room If you don’t have a size in stock show that on the website, or al least let the customer know In advance so he can decide to go ahead or not.

Ordered and paid for, then received an email to say they can't get the delivery trucks down my road. Waitrose articulated lorries manage just fine. So I'm not sure what size of road they need!

Why let a customer order, go through the whole checkout process, confirm delivery address, confirm identity through online banking then send a confirmation email only to send a cancellation notice seconds later to say 'out of stock' complete waste of my time and ties up my money for 24 hrs too. Don't waste your time!!
