Got my delivery date, decided by the company which is fine. Booked the day off work and waited. No communication from company, tried calling but no answer, they say problem with phone line via email. Then say vehicle broken down. I now have a choice of booking more time off work or cancelling the order. Could have been avoided with a bit of communication from their team. A whole day wasted, no plasterboard or insulation for project and the only option to lose out on pay by booking another day to wait or deal with people who don't seem helpful at all, to see what works on their terms. Overall just extremely poor, could be easily resolved by knowing what customer service is.

Communication from this company is in top. Products delivered without any damages on time requested. They did get one item wrong, but responded with a fix immediately.

Awful service. They cancelled order without contacting to discuss, then when I contacted them they refused to deliver to my address claiming no access (which is incorrect information) or to take an alternative address for delivery. Manager was very rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Lorry driver didn't know what he was doing unloaded all wrong material for me. I had to tell him what to unload Then I had to help him reload some else's material He couldn't speak proper English this didn't help

Great price. I gather they use all different companies and because they buy in large quantities they get a better rate. The company they used called me shortly after I placed the order and arranged delivery. It was all very smooth and I would use these again 100%
