The product is actually really good quality, the pannels are heavy and sturdy so I am super confident about the longevity. Installation was not too difficult, be prepared to scribe, which can be pretty tricky but we actually had a thick enough scribe pannel to have two attempts. We had an issue with one of our doors not being predrilled, and it was replaced instantly. They also were proactive in securing a pre-Christmas delivery date for us, which we didn't ask for but was really helpful. I will use them for my third and final room.

Bought wardrobes from this company they had a designer who did them exactly how we requested. The delivery time was excellent and the quality of the goods are phenomenal, also fantastic after care, we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole team at Online Bedrooms.

Very happy with the quality of the product. The only reason we’ve given four stars instead of five, is because one of the units included bookshelves and when delivered and unpacked, was not exactly what we wanted. We’d employed a joiner to fit the units, and as we didn’t want to hold up his work, we asked him to adapt the unit we received which he did expertly. The finished furniture suits our spare bedroom/office perfectly.

Quick virtual appointment, ideas discussed and listened to. Design emailed quickly with good response to questions. Instruction book backed up by the videos were more than enough to achieve a great looking and straightforward installation. The hanging rails weren't delivered in the main order for some reason but the office quickly got these ordered and were delivered within a few days.

Really helpfull through whole process from initial designer contact, suggestions, samples & alterations through to good communication throughout. Instructions were good & final product exceeded expectations- very happy all round.

The wardrobe is beautiful and the pieces look quite good quality. However, the price tag was quite high considering the less positive points: - Difficult assembly (not at all ikea-like as we were told) - No assembly available in London - Basic delivery (the driver only took things our of the van and we have to do everything else, VERY heavy pieces, but we were informed of this beforehand) - Lack of flexibility in customisation (design phase) and we didn't ask for a complicated design, and wended up having to drill our own holes in half of it because we wanted one different measure than the standard (which defeats the customisation concept)

I requested a quote and what came back was an overpriced drawing with no qualitative nor quantitative explanation of why a wardrobe is worth almost £1.3k for 850mm width. Zero effort to provide any justification for it. Moreover they bombarded me with follow up email after email keep asking things. Get a hint and stop wasting people's time...

Second time I’ve used online bedrooms, their service is very accurate and personal to you which helps you get exactly what you want. Better still there a fraction of the price of all the bigger name wardrobe fitters. I would and will use again!

I must say that I am very pleased with my new fitted wardrobes!The whole experience from from measuring the wall,which was made easy by the way it is set out by online wardrobes and very helpfull advise from Richard,the designer.The delivery was prompt and on schedule and the way it is manufactured made it very easy to construct.I assembled it myself without any difficulty and it all fits very nicely in its place.A little bit of DIY experience is all that is required. Would recomend Online Bedrooms based on my experience.

Designers were great at talking through options and explaining details of drawers etc. Quality of build and units impressive. Customer support also helpful and quickly despatched a missing hanging rail.

The order arrived in time and in perfect condition. All parts where carefully labelled and wrapped, both inside and outside, which made ir really easy to identify the pieces. The building instructions where quite easy to follow. Assembly between two people was perfectly possible, we've only needed to contact a Carpenter for the last few steps, where cutting wooden plinths is needed. He is coming soon and we are looking forward to seeing our wardrobe completed. It looks amazing even though it is only half way built by H and I Very happy with the purchase, would definitely recommend and buy again. Some friends are already looking for their new wardrobes in their website, and I'm looking forward to saving up a bit to order my next one ^^

Great service from start to finish. Started off agreeing a design, drawings and quote, all done quickly and with very helpful advice on our wardrobe interior layouts and handles. Order placed and deposit paid with delivery a couple of weeks later. Having just moved house the installation took far longer than it should have due to other jobs but got to say the assembly and installation of the carcasses was very straightforward. I did have an issue with one of the long stretcher pieces when it fell and damaged the lower unit but I rang up and within a couple of days the replacement had arrived, really good customer service, thank you. Now installed and finished we are really pleased with our new wardrobes.
