I just wish there were more companies like this one!! Their customer service is second to none, from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Charley who helped me design 3 of my bedrooms. She was also so efficient to come back with requested edits and never made me feel like I was a bother, even with all the changes I kept sending her and all the questions kept asking. Patience of a saint! I did have my problems here and there but they were all sorted out quickly and without fuss or argument. They even sent round my own personal driver who fitted the replacement doors for me. Honestly, I couldn’t fault them and highly recommend!! Thank you to all the team who helped me at Online bedrooms but the biggest thanks to Charley and James! It was a pleasure. Thank you!

Easy to use and quick turnaround

The wardrobe components are finished to a good quality and the options from the designers allow the purchaser to choose from various finishing details to suit their room. The delivery was by a dedicated driver and the packaging protected the materials very well.

I was amazed by the excellent customer service provided by this company. The designer Charley W, is talented and helpful. The design was stylish and suited my need. In the end I did not proceed with the purchase only because my space allows only for a wardrobe with sliding doors which this company does not supply. It is a pity though because so far they seem to have everything else the other company don’t: including amazing prices!

Good start with the sales team, got the quote paid and deliver on time as promised. The quality was good and exactly what we ordered. We had some trouble with missing handles but sorted in good time and delivered. Needed some help with adjustments and found the information by calling support number. Overall not a bad experience gave 4 stars due to missing handles but all good otherwise.

Quality is great. Communication good also. Definitely has the hallmarks of a young business trying hard. Best of luck@

My second time dealing with online bedrooms and I couldn’t be happier. The wide range of choices, the quality of wood used, the customer service team everything from A-Z has been amazing. My wife said we need a wardrobe for the kids’ bedroom and I didn’t think twice about where to get the pieces from cos of my previous experience with online bedrooms. I ordered for the items and they were delivered on a convenient date. I couldn’t check the delivery within the stated 5days so I contacted the customer service team to explain my reasons and they were kind enough to give me an extension. When I checked, I noticed that one hanger rail was not included and I contacted the team regarding this. The ire was delivered with a flash. I really really would recommend online bedrooms for many reasons….quality of their woods used, wide options of accessories to choose from, reasonable pricing and now a payment plan just incase of affordability, warm and reasonable customer service team…..oh what’s not to love about this company?……do yourself a favour and save some money on your fitted wardrobes.

Flexible, Strong, Well designed and built Wardrobes. I needed flexibility as we were putting an A/C unit in one of the wardrobes. Online Bedrooms were exactly what we required. The fact that the wardrobes are designed around your measurements means there is no wasted space like other fitted wardrobe companies. The runners of the drawers are strong and sturdy. We had a slight issue with the delivery of a wrong door and it was sorted out efficiently and without any hassle. A totally great experience from beginning to end - my friends are all asking for the name of the company when they see our new room!

Great quality product with good clear installation guide also great value for money. The self installation made this for me all the more enjoyable and now when I look at it I'm happy that i had a small part in making the wardrobe look so good.
