Email confirmation with shipment over a week ago. I have sent emails and called, but nothing. UPDATE. Had a call from a really lovely person, could not be more helpful, so hopefully will all be sorted... ALL SORTED AND HAPPILY RECEIVED so although difficulty to start, a very helpful and resolved issue.

despite the package taking a little longer than hoped, communication was constant and reassuring. The product is as described - I expect to order again

Je n'est toujours pas reçu mon colis commandé passe le 4 janvier et impossible d'avoir des réponse quand j'envoie des mails à n'importe quelle adresse qui figure sur votre site le numéro de suivie envoyer ne fonctionne pas et depuis le 5l'etat de ma commande est marqué complet alors que rien n'est arriver part contre l'argent à bien était débité !

Quick delivery and exactly what I ordered A*

Nothing turned up, no reply to emails and doesn’t answer the phone or get back to voicemails. Royal Mail tracking number doesn’t work. Won’t be ordering again if they don’t contact me to explain what’s going on. Ordered before and never had a problem so don’t know what’s going on with them.

I ordered in the beginning of August, money was drawn from my account, the tracking number never was registered and I have not received my order. Have written several emails to the company and not received a reply. So I guess this 1 star ⭐️ fits pretty well with my experience.

Parcel was 1 and a half weeks late but disposable vapes are lovely. Taste great but I had to nag this company to get my parcel finally delivered. I asked for £8.99 back because it longer than Express delivery (1 to 2 days). A suggestion for the company = Why don't you go with the app called shop that way its not a hassle for you or for us the the customer. It's just easier all year wrong that way I can track it and that way you guys can know where the parcel you've sent off is. Also the tracking details will most likely be spot on.
