Great friendly staff, helpful and engaged but not overbearing. Very accommodating staff at NO.TOM; but then again that's the pleasure of going to a music instruments shop and feeling the instruments versus online ordering. It's the whole experience and NO.TOM got it right.

Great to be able to speak to the guys in the shop in the day I bought the guitar (via the website). Once the delivery date was advised I was able to liaise with them to make sure the guitar arrived on a day I would be at home to receive it. Worked a treat!

The store’s vibe and decor is like your lounge from heaven with a welcoming, friendly, pro staff who know their stuff. Hand in two guitars to work and modify for me, a Epiphone BB King Lucille with Seymour Duncan Prails with Trippelshot rings and a Fishman Piezo bridge, complexity rewiring but Jake who worked on it managed to make it work the way I want it... Gerald who work on my Simon and Patrick 12 string to lower the action is also very good... Will always recommend them service provided....
