Stay away from this company at all costs!!! Promised a £99.00+VAT website plus a few add on finding names at the start. 6 Months later £1600.00+ and just had another call asking for another £400.00 when the website is not even up and running properly as of yet. Don't get me wrong, its a nice website but why promise customers a small fee and then charge stupid costs. And as i can see on other reviews not the first person to say about the £99.00 scam.

Same as everyone - always asking for more money. Got a business to pay £1500 after the initial £99 website. Not done. Lacked even a privacy policy which leaves you vunerable to ICO fines

Do not use this company. There is some fees that you don't even imagine. Constantly getting calls for some bill that needs too be paid. And every time the price is minimum 399+VAT. Google verification Website renewal ( twice a year) And many more fees

Every time these guys call me i pray and hope it's a nice courtesy called just to see how the new website is doing instead no it's asking for more money the website in the great scheme of things is relatively cheap but their sales Tactics are trying to make you pay for rubbish that does not cost what they say it costs and they told me on numerous occasions this is the last thing. Well I've certainly more then what I think the website is worth now and they won't be getting a penny out of me anymore.

Don't use them This is the email I have sent them asking for refund. Luckily paid by credit card I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding charges made to my credit card by your company. I was charged £358.80 for Google Business verification, a service that I have since learned is free directly from Google. Given this misleading information, my trust in your services has been compromised. In addition to this charge, I have also been billed £838.80 for search engine optimisation services and £118.80 for a domain name. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for the total amount of £1,316.40 (£358.80 for Google verification, £838.80 for SEO, and £118.80 for the domain name). If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will involve my credit card company to dispute these charges and terminate our contract. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for the refund process. I look forward to your immediate response and resolution of this matter.

DO NOT USE THEM! As others have said they are not to be trusted. I’ve wasted so much money with them and yet no website, no refunds and they still want more money! Totally ripped off. Almost a £1000 down the drain.

Brilliant from start to finish. I am a decorator, needed a little website for an already busy business. It's a thing a business needs these days, although I'm old school and a bit of a dinosaur. I was contacted on the offer, was sceptical and read some reviews about more money, not true, unless I needed extra services etc. I took the plunge on the really good reviews, I have not been disappointed Tracy initially signed me up and said if I needed anything, gave me her number, true to her word I can message her and she always get back to me. Rob designer was fantastic and so helpful. If you need a website, do it you won't be disappointed. I didn't need SEO so didn't purchase it, so cost me £99. I'm happy.

Wish I had not got involved with what started off at 99 pound plus vat is now over1800 pound stay away avoid scam

I dont understand the negative reviews. I have had a website built by New World Digital and they have been nothing but helpful thought out the whole process. Josh who designed the site for me has been so easy to talk to and has been extremely helpful with the little tweaks I wanted made. He has a lot of knowledge and brilliant design skills. My initial call was with Nisha who was very helpful and I can contact her when necessary and she gets things done within a day or two. I asked New World Digital Media to design and host my new website. They have done a fantastic job and went above and beyond in creating my new site. The staff are great with special thanks to Vicki in customer service and Paul the designer. I'd wholly recommend this company for design and SEO.

I got started with new world media on the promotion when they were in the Manchester area and iv had the 5 page bespoke design for a just under a month iv already seen twice the amount of activity than i had with my yell website last year. I came onboard with Andrew he gave great customer service and explained the process really well would recommend to anyone looking to get a professional website.

Constant cold calling trying to sell me a website, thanks but no thanks

Paul (Website designer) has done it again. Another excellent website design. Pauls attention to detail is superb and this has reflected in a professional website, which is exactly what we need to showcase our business.

I e had a website and email account with these for years and always get phone calls telling me I need to pay this and pay that All I ever wanted was a simple website and email account. I refused anymore upgrades as I don’t want them, my website is all paid for and because I refused any upgrade I have just found out these cowboys have removed my website and email account.

Our experience is the same as many others, offer you the£99.00 new web site, then hit you with the add ons after £199.00 for ssl, then £399.00 for somthing else, if they could just be straight from the start and tell us the actual cost of owning a website that would be great, but getting you on the 99 web site then 2 weeks later geting us to spend more is frustrating and gets peoples back up, so avoid this company get one that tells you the full cost of a web site before you buy, then you know where you stand, avoid the 99 and avoid the company it will affect your wealth

Told this company I'm not interested in what there selling, have said this twice now and still they call every single day to the point I have blocked them, yet my phone logs still show them calling, I'm pretty good at seeing a con when it comes along and there offer was clearly of that.

Shocking service. if i could give no stars i would. The first phone call was ok we will give you a website for £99 plus vat. what they dont tell you is. they call you every month asking for more and more money. Before i knew I had spent £3500k on a website with absolutely no return from customers . Only time they call is when they want money. They will be getting no more money from me. They lie over the phone.
