I bought a website with new world digital. One of the best decisions of my life, I was a bit sceptical at first but the team have been extremely helpful. Kept me in the loop with everything and the finished product is something I couldn’t have ever imagined. 100% would recommend.

Pleasantly surprised with the design, live local to them so can pop in if i need to and the price has never increased.

I gave my web designer the spec of what I wanted and how I wanted the site to work, yes it took a little longer than expected, but what is now live is a slick looking professional website. I originally got on board with the £99 offer but upgraded to include the SEO, control panel, content writers input etc. My site is now comfortably rising through google and bringing my company a steady stream of enquiries. Absolute terrorists. Con men . Please do not use this company . They will rob your hard earned cash and do nothing to help you. The fee is near £600 not the £100 they state . They only contact you once a year to get payment then you are ghosted for the rest. 100% dodgy as they come. Stay away, toxic company. Happy to share the info they ripped me off with .

Service is poor, they kept asking for more money since March website is still not running and saying it's secure. I tried to contact them on several occasions and customer service is appalling.

NWDM were very good start to finish. Any issues I had with the website were quickly resolved in a very professional manner. All members from each department that I dealt with were very helpful the entire way through the process.

Scammers, -Avoid-They hook u in with £99.00 website then they demand more and more money every month, I paid £950 even then I didn't get a basic website, when I asked to go to another company they said to pay another £200 to leave then when I paid that then they demand another £200 for the contents of my website, complete SCAMMERS.

Have been with New World for a while now and they never seem to let me down. Ben was extremely nice over the phone and very polite. They delivered me a hight quality website which does very well for my business.
