Very pleased with the Aldwych console table. It is well made & looks great in our room. It arrived very well packaged exactly on the day & time it was booked.
Beautifully curated collection. Quality used to be slightly better. The prices have become a little more inflated than products worth but probably due to import duties. Customer service department is good over the phone but some store staff not very welcoming until you spend thousands then they warm up, which is not genuine service and dampens the whole shopping experience.
The customer service at the Chiswick branch is outstanding. It would be true to say that however I have used Neptune, other branch or online, the service has been first class. Excellent customer service combined with high quality products are very important to me.
Hailsham Neptune branch was very helpful and organised to despatch my 1st bed . I also order our 2 nd bed.
Delivery on time Assembly, advice
My order has been sent back to Neptune. The delivery driver never once turned up at our house. Thanks to the recent storm a tree fell down on our road so they didn’t bother to find an alternative route like every other delivery driver and postie. Funny though because that main road isn’t the only way to our house, and the fallen tree has now been dealt with. So now I have to deal with chasing this order 3 days before our Christmas Party when I wanted it for.
Just wish that the product was made in this country- we had to wait from July to December for our order.

I went to the Christmas wreath making at Neptune Chesham and had the best time. What a wonderful location for the session and we had the best time it was so festive, mince pies & drinks. The hosts were knowledgeable and provided everything we needed for the session and you are made to feel so welcome. I can’t wait for the next one.
Very helpful staff in shop who put up with our many visits to help decide on the piece of furniture we chose, Delivery was effecient,the team arrived within the times they said,respected our newly decorated room and carpet,taking shoes off. They set the furniture up and took all packaging away.

Wreath Making- we had a great morning constructing the wreaths with expert tuition and help if needed. Super quality items to design our individual wreaths with. It would have been nice to have had a voucher incentive to encourage purchase of some baubles or Christmas decorations afterwards either to add to the wreath or simply take home.
Neptune in Hailsham offers a truly delightful experience. The staff, including Shannon, Katy, Katie, and Rachael, are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always greet you with a smile. The showroom is beautifully presented, and both the in-store and delivery services stand out in professionalism. It's a pleasure visiting Neptune, where you even get offered tea or coffee during your visit. Overall, a lovely place to shop with excellent customer service.
