We love coming to Neptune at Swindon, always buy things at the outlet shop, looking around the showroom is just fab and the cafe the icing on the cake!
Chawton sideboard in ink looks great. Beautifully made to a high quality and it came with four pots of paint for touch ups! Delivery guys were great, they assembled the units efficiently and were very tidy and respectful. We are delighted with our purchase.

Neptune delivery partner, DPD, tried only once to deliver parcel on 30/11/24 ( I wasn’t at home ) and made no other delivery attempt - DPD simply returned parcel to Neptune. Still waiting 5 days later ( 5/12/24 ) for a new delivery date but this can only happen after Neptune receives the original package back into warehouse. Quite simply - too slow and not good customer service.

Beautiful showroom, very helpful staff. Popped in to see the Christmas decorations but spotted some lovely marble coasters. Had to order stock in. Collected and love them!

I had a helpful response to my initial e mail with clear advice. Two lots of vouchers purchased arrived very quickly, nicely packaged.
We visited the Reading branch, we were made very welcome with a nice coffee. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their range. We placed an order and were told 5 - 10 days for delivery. It arrived within 3 days, the courier company kept us informed at all stages.

I ordered six baubles which were expensive already at £42 but as I couldn’t find the ones i wanted elsewhere I decided to order them. Using Apple Pay the delivery wasn’t itemised but it went through at £7 for standard delivery. They arrived and are not quite right so i wanted to return them and realised the returns label included means you’ll have a further £10 deducted from your refund. So in all that’s a cost of £17 for delivery and return of six baubles. Complete disappointment unfortunately.

Absolutely thrilled with this side table to match in with other Neptune items we have. So well finished.
Ordered a cushion, candle holder and Christmas bell decoration. Took over a week to arrive but well packed to protect the contents in transit. Really like the candle holder & bells, good quality as is the cushion base which I’d large & soft, however, the cushion cover wasn’t as lush as expected & feels just like a basic cotton cover fir the price.
