Tanya Muldrow and John Robert have been wonderful guides on our journey to converting our software to MRI. While we have had a few hiccups due to delays and staff capacity on both ends of the process, the experience has been good overall, and we are eager to make our MRI environment exactly what we need as we become familiar and fill in gaps in the data that was available to migrate.
Overall, MRI does a great job and is very responsive to issue and questions when they come up. One thing I would recommend is an update to their UI. It really hasn't changed in years.
