What I really appreciate is how quickly I was able to speak to someone. The answering service knew my company information based off of my phone number which was nice, and after one question it connected me to a person. Ann Miller answered within 30 seconds so I didn't have to spend time on hold. She helped me figure out a work around to my problem within the initial call and then she hung up to ask her team and called back within 5 minutes with an answer that helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience!

The person that I talked to was fine. But she couldn't explain what happened. Seemed like a bug/glitch in the system. Hopefully it gets resolved. I implemented a manual work around.

It was easy to access Customer Service. Your first option used to be Sales, not service. So congrats. Info was accurate and although I had to call back re something it was quickly taken care of and the customer service guy had a smile and the light touch. Much appreciated!
