Pros of MRI: speed and access to instructions. Polite and professional team. Cons of MRI: Inferior allocation ability for journal entries. Inferior accounts payable software: recurring invoices have a fundamental internal control flaw, no invoice template feature. Every change needed for reports comes with an exaggerated price tag.

Although I didn't have a clue how to fix my problem the representative for the program I was using jump right and helped me resolve my issue, for that I'm very appreciative!!!!!!

I previously responded to this survey. Any time I have called CTMe contracts, the representative always listens carefully to understand my issue and can always guide me how to resolve my issue.

The representative was very helpful and super friendly. Helped me get a positive pay file designed for my bank to utilize in no time and explained how everything worked ahead of her doing the design work.

Any document uploaded to the system could not be opened. No documents could be sent through the system to us. Case submitted and updated as other areas or colleagues had problems. The issue included all resident documents, all uploaded documents, all applicant documents, and any documents trying to be uploaded. I stressed the urgency of the situation because this made our system inoperative. Finally, I received an email asking me to try to see if I could see the documents now. After confirming the system was working, I received a closed case report. Total time open: 2/27 @ 9:25am to 2/28 @ 2:43pm. I appreciate the time and effort the MRI support team devote to the amount of tickets and calls they receive. When you don't understand something, they will go the extra step. I have had online meetings with a team of MRI staff members over tickets I didn't understand. They explained, resolved, and educated me.

We like the Windows Software there are great things that you can do in Windows that you are not able to do via the Web. The downside to this is that MRI seems to be trying to do away with it and we continue to have glitches causing our accounting to be off. This is the part I do not like because if you still have users wanting this option then it needs to be fixed. If the issues with the software are not going to be replaced then, I would kindly suggest that the Web version become as user-friendly as the Windows version.
