This review is specific to CTMe staff (owned by MRI Software). I have always had fantastic customer service when reaching out directly to the CTMe staff. They are super fast at responding to requests. Also, while CTMe can be a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, there are so many resources, training, and of course all the awesome people at CTMe who are ready and willing to help with anything vs. just telling you to go online to find an answer. If only other software providers and service companies could emulate this level of service... Great job you guys!!

CTM software works well, but navigating it is not so intuitive. That said, I have never done a training, so will do that and may have a better experience.

Response to my query was more detailed and quicker. From the information sent to me I could easily understand what I needed to do in order to solve the problem. I also love the MRI Software system in general, as an accounting person the reports generated from the system makes my work and reporting easier. Big up to MRI for the best property system so far.

Even though CTM is sometimes difficult to use for the inexperienced the support is always GREAT. The support staff is always patient and helpful.
