Best work order software I've used in the 20+ years I've been in this field. As an Engineer, it's a priceless tool that helps me increase efficiency and assists in my ability to provide great service to my clients. The new webpage platform isn't as user friendly as the previous version, but it's still the best program out there. It wasn't broken, so I don't know why they "fixed" it.... At least, why they completely revamped it instead of simply adding a menu bar at the top for faster site navigation. Would also be nice to program the ability to merge equipment for data retention and more accurate trending, when something is accidentally duplicated (common when multiple users can add and edit equipment/schedules/tasks). Again, it's the best program out there, and the versatility is amazing.

I always have good experience when contacting MRI technical support. Team members are always knowledgeable and professional.
I had a couple issues in 2023 with the response from the Support Team at MRI. 1. I requested a change to a report, I was told it could be done last January of 2023 however after 6 months of me reminding them over and over and questioning where the report was they finally fixed the report in June of 2023. 2. After requesting a Billing address update in August 2023 they finally did it 3 months later after multiple reminders. I found the support technicians very kind and helpful however these two issues were unacceptable. Thank you,
