Andrea was very helpful in helping to re-assign invoices to a new property. She was very patient and listened to my problem. In the end, we were not able to accomplish the goal, due to some unexpected issues. I'm hopeful that MRI will find a way to handle this type of issue much better in the future.

Support service is 4.5 stars for courteous, informative, and knowledge. Would be higher if response time is faster, especially when it's a critical function. Software score 2.5. Software is lacking is several areas - namely we have had four to five problems when transactions get posted to GL from CM ledgers. SQL files data do not get cleared during posting. I would NOT recommend to others for that reason.
Service ticket was replied and issue was fixed the same day.
The person taking the initial call for help was prompt getting me connected to the tech dept. Once connected the tech that handled my ticket was very nice and knowledgeable in handling my issue and had me back up and going in less than 20 minutes. he really made the call for help less stressful.
The contracts are fairly easy to use. What I really like is the fact if I need to make a change I can do it without recreating it for signatures! CTMe makes it easy because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.

I think its super convenient to use, especially when the other agent has it too. Your tech support people are wonderful too, so patient. Great paper trail for our transactions!
I don't like the signature boxes and date boxes. Every time I'm creating signature boxes I have to move over the date boxes and adjust the sizes. A lot of extra effort for something that should have a better default format.
