I like very much that I can integrate offers with other CTM users. It makes it easy to both view documents in real time. I also like the SmartDocs feature. Often, I get documents that require signature, but are not writeable. I value the utility of Smart Docs very much!
Alex was very helpful, able to pinpoint the issue quickly and took the steps necessary to resolve. After speaking with my account rep, all was fixed. This is the only issue we have had with the software to date.

Time consuming and difficult to reinstate. No direct phone number for CTM on MRI website. For a tech company, you barely get a C. Other contract software much easier to use. You must be the same people who developed common core! Sadly, it is the one most of denver uses. Your sales department is better than your tech side.

The experience with the supervisor and technician Dan assigned to provide support was great. Dan was able to work on some areas I was having difficulties and then we had a phone call scheduled to explain why I was receiving an error. The error was corrected. I appreciate all the support.
MRI does alot of things that work. However, there are a number of things it does not do. So I think alot of the time when changes or updates are made, real world practicality is not taken into account, or clients consulted.
I do not recieve invoices despite reaching out 4-5 times to update the billing address and contact information. I have been patient but it has been MONTHS I have been dealing with this.

I am overall happy with this software. I struggle with miscellaneous docs at times. If I turn off auto and edit the document, it will automatically load only my signature in everybody’s signature box. I have complained about this issue before but it hasn’t changed.
