Emily Meyer was very helpful and professional during our furniture selection process. I have recommended her and Montgomery's to several people. They provide top quality products and reasonable prices. To add to this, recently I was cleaning out my parents house and the furniture. They had this old couch that was in great shape but was very dated. When we were hauling it away, I noticed on the bottom it was from Montgomery's back in the 1980"s. Still in good shape just dated. As Connie stated on the KELO there are all sort of price ranges. They have a wide assortment of furniture on display and options for special orders. So very happy with my purchase and delivery !! Way to go Montgomery's

We were told we could have the floor model if there wasn't any in Stock. Found out none were in Stock and the floor model was also in fact sold and had been for about a week yet Noone put a sold sign on it. So we had no choice but to order. Was told we would find out an estimated tI me frame within a week of when our tables would be in. Called twice and was told it was too late in the evening to find out but she'd call tomorrow and call me same day to let me know. Never received a call. We did however get free light bulbs with out lamp because of the inconvenience with the table, like that was supposed to make the issue any better.

Anastasia was very helpful and I appreciated her work at getting us the best deal. She has a very nice approach and I would like to work with her again in the future.

I worked with a designer, Emily Meyer. She assisted me with different options and ideas. She seemed to understand my style and helped pick out the right sized options and her eye for details really paid off! I’m very happy with the results so far.

I originally went to the Sioux falls location because we live in Sioux falls, but the woman there was rude and didn't seem interested in helping us. I was dressed in sweatpants as it was my day off. Apparently that sent the message that I couldn't afford to shop there because she referred me to thier madison location where they had "better items for lower budget families." Hoping to find a friendlier sales associate, we drove all the way to madison. We were not disappointed. Taylor was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed so excited to help me find new furniture. I felt like I was shopping with a friend and what I couldn't fit in our truck, she had shipped to Sioux falls so we would be able to pick it up close to home. I even received a handwritten note thanking us for our business! Go to Madison for your furniture needs and skip the Sioux falls location. It's worth the drive

The Montgomery furniture store in Watertown, SD has a wonderful selection of items for any home. I was looking for a nice recliner to replace an old overstuffed one that did not fit me properly. Jaime Endres listened to why I wanted something that would better fit both my wife and I, we are both short and have a hard time finding furniture that "fits" us right. Jaime found the perfect fit for us, it was delivered and my wife likes it so well she has claimed the recliner as her place in our living room. I then asked Jaime to order one for me, am (not so patiently) awaiting its arrival soon. The personnel and the store are a great place to shop. I was very impressed with Morgan. We were looking for a very specific style of chair and she did a lot of work to find this for us. I was also very impressed with delivery service. They took time to make sure we were happy with placement of furniture in our home

I was pleased with the service of Montgomery's. My sales person was fairly new to the company, but did a nice job explaining the product I was interested in. She answered my questions through our time together and on email/text as questions I had arose. She was genuinely engaged and I appreciated her personal thank you note through the mail for purchasing furniture and working with her at Montgomery's in Watertown.

My wife and I purchased a mattress, box spring and frame from Montgomery Furniture in Watertown, SD. Prior to the purchase we had shopped around, but were disappointed in the customer service we experienced in local businesses - that is until we walked into Montgomery's. We were greeted and offered help soon after walking in. The sales associate, Kandice Hanley, directed us to the right area, asked if we had specifics in mind, answered our questions and allowed us time to look - no pressure. The part of this experience that made it so positive was that Kandice was well versed in the merchandise and understood our budget limits and was able to suggest the perfect mattress for us. When we were ready to pick up the mattress and box spring, we called ahead and Oscar made sure everything would be ready and waiting. At the store, Remus helped load everything and secure it it our pickup. We were now on our way - but not done with Montgomery's. The following day, Oscar called to make sure everything was as we had expected. WOW - what great follow-up and terrific customer service. I've always said, what separates the 'good' from the 'better' and from the 'best' is the customer service. Montgomery furniture has it figured out - give them a try!
