Employing Unprofessional Services They sleeked a construction project at their premises at Manchester Square, London but employed 2x self employed design/consultants Celia Crook-English, and Sonia Bourruel both of whom are so unprofessional that they could not manage a pre-construction process and realised in a contractor for their design and specification process (both of which they should be professional enough to manage) and when they decided, they sent a 2 liner email to say goodbye. We releeatedly told them, they shoudl not be relying on contrators for professional advice and engange professional consultants to do this, but as they are pretending professionals, they tried to suck as much information out of us (professionals contractors) and then dispose us. Total Shamballs of the construction world now! AVOID this company and these 2 people!!!!

The guys that put the battery in my couch ripped the bottom and didn’t tell me. I didn’t realize until later. My puppy kept wanting to go into the hole and I had to take out the whole underside.

To whom it may concern. Remus from your service department has to be one of your most hidden treasures. We had a concern about a piece of furniture we purchased from you in 2015 which we had purchased the extended warranty for. The day that Remus arrived I was greeted by a genuine smile and a personable but professional demeanor, despite the fact that he had to walk through some thick snow to get to our house. Remus examined our chair and was careful, skillful and thorough throughout the process. I stayed nearby in case he needed a tool or a light and he was so kind to answer me with patience as I asked a few questions. His cheerfulness and professionalism lasted his entire visit. I was so impressed with the high quality of this person that I thought you should know; Remus is a tremendous asset to your organization and a person of incredible value.

We had a great experience, sat in the chairs, loved them.. Purchased two lounge chairs and packed them up that day. Better than shopping on- line.

The employees were great. Very, very considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. I give the employees a 5 star rating. The prices are way out of line on most things. If it wasn't for the gift card I received when I purchased my home, I would not be able to buy anything from Montgomery's unless they had a fantastic sale.

Our most recent purchases were 4 counter stools and 2 leather topped stools made to order by Charleston Forge. They were for our home in Arizona. Barron, who assisted us, took care of everything seamlessly and the furniture arrived at the time promised. We have worked with and purchased from most of the high end stores in Scottsdale and Montgomery’s is on par with the best.

Very pleased with the sales staff answering all my questions. Look forward to working with you in the future.

Great customer service.

Not happy with service. Couch is only two years old and paid thousands of dollars and now told I have to take off cover and fluff the filling. Seriously! Never ever had to do that with any other stuffed furniture I bought. This is inacceptable

My shopping experience was a small purchase but it was fast, thorough, and complete. The sales rep was friendly extremely quick at identifying my need. She asked several pertinent questions to find me exactly what I needed. I definitely will consider Montgomerys on my next shopping trip for furniture, office and home.

Love the store employees and selection. They were very helpful with picking out furniture within my budget. Also, showed great knowledge about the furniture and construction. I love the display that allows you to test drive the different upgrades to the frame and/or cushions so you can make an informed decision. I bought my coffee and end table years back and told my husband the next time I want furniture I'm going to Madison's Montgomery.

I bought furniture and was told that although material was not leather it was excellent and would wear well. Material deteriorated and peeled off. I reached an agreement with Montgomerys that if I paid for the material they would pay labor. When it came to getting the individual a work order to complete the labor they would not pay her. Going back and forth I was forced to take store credit that didn't come close to fixing my loss. I will probably not purchase anything from your store again. The agreement should have been honored
