I appreciate the help Connie always gives us. I trust her ideas and beautiful ideas. She will work within your budget. We have not only purchased furniture but flooring and countertops through them. You just can't go wrong using Montgomerys!

Our design consultant was Anastassiya and we couldn't been happier with her. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push or pressure us into anything else. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture. She was an absolute delight to work with. We felt that we had an instant connection to her. I would highly recommend her!

My experience with both the Sioux Falls and Madison locations has been excellent! Denise and Shelli were great to work with and made the process of picking my home furnishings very enjoyable. The Montgomery's delivery team of Austin and Shelby were very professional and timely. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and look forward to working with Montgomery's for our future home needs!

The original salesperson who no loner works there to our understanding, gave inaccurate information regarding the extra cost warranty. We later found out we did not need it at all. We are to get our refund on March, 2018.

I've had the best customer experience at Montgomery's. There employees are great to work with and always take into account my wants/needs. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a gorgeous table and chair set on 9-10-17. It took just over 2 months to get. Wanda was great the first day and follow up as it arrived right before Thanksgiving. Once it arrived I realized in a few hours that the table top was not what we ordered. I called the next day and spoke with a gal leaving a detailed message with her as to what was wrong and she said she would tell Wanda who was with another client. I had to recall 3 hours later to ask if anyone would be returning my call and a gal said yes. I called a third time 2 hours later and finally spoke with Wanda who told me she did not get my messages (yet managed to contact the company and put a "rush-rush" order on the table top. Weird if she never got my messages and I had not spoke with her. After this no communication hardly at all. Told through email from another staff member the new table top would arrive the last week in December. Patiently waited. On December 29th (the last day of the week) I called saying I assume I am not getting the table top they said we will check. 3 days later I received an email about it that it was delayed another month. Great. It will be delivered this Friday Jan 26th. I loved this store, loved all the furniture and we have a gutted house that will need furnishings on every floor and every room. I would love to buy more here but don't ever want to do business with Wanda or anyone I have worked with so far because some of the follow up it horrible but the products are amazing.

It was a joy to have Morgan help my daughter and me find a swivel, rocker recliner that would work for my small house. She was knowledgeable, efficient, kind, pleasant, and helpful. Best employee ever!!

This was a positive experience. My daughter paved the way for me with contacting Tom at the madison store. I had selected chairs in Des Moines and needed quote from s.d. I am happy with my selections, with the price and with my sales person Tom. K.

We have worked with Tom since 2000 when we purchased a lake home. He is wonderful and I love working with him. We are waiting for dining set, recliner and glider to come in. He was great in helping me with this purchase and I trust and value his opinion. I tell him what I am looking for and he takes it from there. Our last purchase was flooring for a couple of apartments. Tom was not in so Maureen helped us. Honestly, we were very happy with her and enjoyed working with her also. So also was wonderful. You have several really nice individuals working for you. Most call me by name, which we all like. I am a fan of Montgomery's!!

Working with Nita and John has been wonderful. I have enjoying finding things and them finding things for our new home.Had worked with another sale person,but disappointed to say the least.

Well when we walked in we strolled around and then our sales man came up and asked us if we needed help and I said we are looking for a bedroom set and a bench. Did not seem to interested in helping us. But when I found what I was looking for then he was awesome.

I really like the furniture at Montgomery's and feel good about the asthetic advice from the design team. However, I feel like two things could improve: 1) When there are several selections to make, the designer should discuss the pros and cons of each option. For example, what are the pros and cons of the fabrics, attached cushions vs. detached cushions, etc.? 2) There could be a quicker turn around time on orders. It seems like there's a gap from when you place the order with the designer and pay and when you get notified that the order has been placed with the company. Why does it take so many days when the designer has all the information? Nothing I've bought there is cheap and I'd like to say the more expensive cost is worth the design help, but I feel like the designers could use some more training or oversight to ensure the customer is getting great service. It's a little lacking.

We were provided with great customer service including knowledgable staff that demonstrated great communication and passion for their career as well as strong organizational skills. The store had a very open-well designed showroom filled with quality, unique products. We didn't feel as though we were disrupted by aggressive sales people while trying to make desicion for the pieces in which we were looking for. The delivery was very well organized including automated call the day before delivery and text updates the day of including the ETA as well as local customer service number for any further questions . The delivery team was within 2 minutes of the time in which we were provided. The team arrived, looked and acted very professionally. Mongomerys was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We will certainly return for further needs. We would highly recommend to others!

I have never worked with an interior designer before. Anastassiya was fun to work with and did well. Overall I would say I am beyond pleased with our service and the results of our shopping experience.
