Many issues with my multiple orders. Would take at least two calls to get a response. One issue was that I was charged over $200 after I paid for half of an order. When I asked why I was told it was for special curtain rods. When I picked up the curtains there were 8 rods when I only needed 4. I returned the extra 4 rods but only received a refund of $38. I will not recommend or return to Montgomery’s.
Not impressed with customer service and quality of furniture. Only plus was their delivery people. Very impressive.
In the process of replacing my interior furnishings and Connie has been very helpful in the transformation even though it is still a work in progress. I trust her selections to bring a “wow factor” into my home, and to stay on top of the changeover.

This was My first experience with Montgomery's and it was very positive. We were allowed to browse but she picked up on our comments and then helped us view other items that might be of interest to us. We had no pressure to make a decision and when we indicated that we thought we liked certain items she showed us the options we had with them. Very enjoyable shopping that afternoon. Very nice to be offered a bottle of water too. Will definitely recommend Montgomery's to others to take a look and see what they have. Can't wait to get my new furniture.
I had a very helpful clerk who understood my request based on my height and took me immediately to the chair that she was sure would fit my needs. My only problem is that I paid for this and I will wait 60 days before I get my product! It doesn't seem like I should have to pay for something that I won't receive until February 2019??? I would rather keep my money to draw interest, rather than let you have it to do that for you instead??? I don't feel that this is an unfair statement. Jean Ahlers
Dean made every effort to give us the best deal. The only downside is the wait for the piece. 6-8 weeks.
I went to Montgomery's looking for a twin sleeper chair. I had seen one at a friends house but never in a store so I knew it might be hard to find. They didnt have any on the sales floor but Sarah Henning was patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and ordered it that day. I would highly recommend Sarah and Montgomery's Furniture.

Update: There was a very quick response to my review and my problem was resolved in just a few hours. I received a phone call from the sales associate with an adjustment to the price and a few hours later had a follow up call from Matt. I am very impressed at how quickly they responded to my review. This tells me that Montgomery's is very concerned about their customers and only wants true customer satisfaction. I would feel confident in referring others there to buy furniture and will be making future purchases from Montgomery's as well. Previous review: I would rate the transaction as average. The barstools I purchased were listed online for $399 but when the salesperson entered the number it came up as $419 per stool. I showed her the picture online that said they were on the website as $399 but was still charged $419 per stool and she told me she would check with the manager to see if a credit could be issued for the difference. I did do this transaction over the phone since I was not in town on Black Friday and wanted the special they were offering that day, so that is some of the problem maybe...anyway...I have texted her a couple times asking her if the manager was able to give her an answer about the difference in price and to see if I could receive a credit for the stools but she has not responded. SO with that being said it isn't a ton of money but still feel as if the online price should be honored and I should be given a credit for the amount.
Worked with a designer. She gave extraordinary effort to find the look i wanted. Came to my townhouse twice. Very prepared and professional. My only complaint would be that the items we ended up selecting were not displayed on the store floor so i am kind of taking a leap of faith in hoping that these items look and feel as well in vito as they do online.
