Just received the umbrella so haven’t had a chance to use it but it looks great and love the cream color.

Here are some of the pros and cons of our experience with the umbrella. Pros: 1. Umbrella color was very close to what was shown on the website. 2. Shipment was fast and arrival was before date expected. 3. Very easy to assemble the solar panel and stands. Cons: 1. Stick used to place cover on umbrella is too short. Used a longer stick in my garage. 2. Crank was difficult to turn once umbrella reached the point of tilting. 3. Lights are not bright enough. Would be nice to have two settings on the lights; one for high and press it again for low.
Umbrella fabric yes warranted for 10 years is a big point and fade resistant is a selling feature.

Excellent customer service. Helped me solve a problem I created in ordering a Supreme cantilever canopy! Just ordered a protective zippered storage cover and received in a very timely manner. Highly recommend! Excellent product quality, as well.

Delivery was fast. Umbrella was well packed without a lot of waste. The umbrella fabric was a bit thinner than I expected for the price, but it was easy to put it on our umbrella frame, and it looks great. We’ll see how it holds up.
Ordered an additional umbrella by mistake. Received return authorization quickly. Affixed provided return label and away it went. When company says "free returns" they mean free returns. Great customer service. Easy, straight forward. Loved the umbrella we kept. Looks great.

I had a shipping snafu and when I called Midtown Umbrellas I was connected with an actual person who was very responsive and he resloved my problem right away. It was due to the shipper, but midtown umbrella took steps to make it right. I did recieve my umbrella replacememnt canopy and it was very well constructed. I would definitely order from them again.

Everything was great making the purchase, delivery, However, I had an issue and called for support, I was told to put a ticket in online and I did! So far, the phone online support wasn't worth my time and I'm still waiting for online support.
